Moving your retirement to Europe involves somewhere between 40 and 400 pieces of paper, depending on the country and how the wind is blowing at the local office that day. Our job is to make sure you never have to count them.

We're not a law firm with a price list, and we don't sell packages off a shelf. We're a concierge: one dedicated case manager who runs your entire move, and stays your person in Europe long after it's done.

Your income, your timeline, your shortlist, your worries. No charge, no obligation. If we think you don't need us, or shouldn't move at all, we'll say so. Sometimes the answer is "not yet." Occasionally it's "don't."

Your Relocation Blueprint

The real starting point. We check your situation against the current, verified visa requirements, and you receive a written plan: the recommended country and visa route, a month-by-month timeline, a realistic budget, and a dedicated offer with fixed pricing, matched to you and your destination.

You pay in your own currency, and it's credited in full if you go ahead. If you don't, you own a plan you can act on with anyone, including on your own. Moving together? The second applicant is always priced lower than the first.

The move, run by your case manager

No two moves are the same, so you pay only for the services yours actually needs. A home search in Lisbon, a notary in a Greek village, and an insurer in Malta are genuinely different jobs at different local costs, so your exact prices come in your dedicated offer, prepared after we've talked. The figures below are honest starting points, not small print.

Every move includes 60 days of post-arrival support, because the questions don't stop when the visa arrives, they just get smaller and more frequent. After that, staying on with us is entirely optional (see Settled, below).

Once your dedicated offer is signed, the price is fixed. Government fees, translations, insurance premiums and rent are always separate, always itemized, always at cost, with receipts.

Cancel anytime. Your case manager stays your case manager.

Every move already includes 60 days of post-arrival support. Settled is the opt-in continuation for when the questions get smaller and more frequent:

  • Answers within 24 hours, video check-ins every quarter
  • The local admin nobody warns you about: utilities, doctors, registrations, the office-of-the-day
  • Vetted local partners on call, property oversight at member rates

Residence renewals are a separate service (€900 + government fees), whether you're a member or not. We'll flag yours before it's urgent.

No polite fiction

Honest answers to fair questions

Because they'd be a polite fiction. A single applicant renting in Greece and a couple buying in Italy are different moves, in markets with different local costs. What we promise instead: the honest starting points above, a dedicated offer tailored to you, and a signed number that doesn't move afterward.
No. You can find a lawyer who'll file a D7 for less, and for some people that's the right choice. We'll tell you if you're one of them. You're paying for one accountable person coordinating eight specialists across two countries, and still answering your emails years after you've moved.
Because it's work, and because it's worth something on its own. It's also fully credited, so if we're right for each other, it costs you nothing extra.
They exist, they differ by country, and a figure that was correct in January can be wrong by June. Your Blueprint checks you against the current, verified thresholds, which is exactly why we don't print them here.
Rare when the eligibility check is honest upfront, which is why our first answer is sometimes "not yet" or "different country." If it happens anyway, we handle the appeal and we don't disappear.
Really. Anyone confidently answering "which country is best?" in the first five minutes is selling you something. We'd rather earn the answer with you.
