If we're a fit, your paid Relocation Blueprint turns that into a written plan (recommended country and visa route, timeline, budget, and a fixed offer). From there, your case manager coordinates each specialist and step until you're moved in and settled.

It varies by country and by your situation. Visa processing times alone can range from a couple of months to closer to a year, depending on the destination and current government processing volumes. Your case manager will give you a realistic timeline once we know your target country and profile.

It works in three steps. The first conversation is a free 30-minute consultation to see if we're a fit. If we are, your Relocation Blueprint (€299 / $299 / £299, credited in full if you go ahead) sets out your recommended country and visa route, a realistic timeline and budget, and a dedicated offer with fixed pricing. Not really. Many of our destinations have large English-speaking communities, and English is commonly used in business and legal contexts in several of them, especially Malta and Cyprus. That said, we do offer language and cultural integration support if you'd like to pick up some of the local language after you've settled in.

No visa application can be guaranteed in advance, in any country. What we can guarantee is that your case manager will thoroughly assess your eligibility before you apply, prepare the strongest possible application, and be upfront with you if a particular route isn't a good fit for your situation.

Usually, yes. Spouses and dependents can typically be included on most of the visa routes we work with, subject to each country's specific family-reunification rules. Let your case manager know about your full household during your consultation.

We currently focus on six EU destinations: Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, Malta, and Cyprus. If you're considering somewhere else in Europe, mention it during your consultation and we'll let you know if we can help.

Usually not. Most countries where our clients settle have double-taxation treaties with the US, UK, Canada, and Australia, which are designed to stop the same income being taxed twice. How your pension, Social Security, or investment income is treated depends on the specific treaty and your circumstances, so tax planning with a vetted local advisor is part of a typical engagement. We'll flag it early, because where you become tax resident can meaningfully change your net income.

We almost always suggest renting first, even if you plan to buy eventually. A neighbourhood that looks perfect online can feel different once you're living in it, and renting for the first year lets you test the daily reality before committing. When you are ready to buy, we help with the search, vetting, and contracts. Some visa routes are also easier to satisfy with a rental agreement in place, which your case manager will factor in.

Your Relocation Blueprint is 299 in your own currency (USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, or CAD). For the move itself, your dedicated offer sets out our fee in a clear amount. Government fees, translations, insurance premiums, and rent are always separate, itemised, and passed on at cost with receipts. We're paid for the coordination and service work we do; we don't take hidden commissions, and we don't mark up those third-party costs.

Yes. If you already have a trusted advisor back home, we're happy to coordinate with them, especially on tax and estate questions that span two countries. We'll bring in our own vetted local specialists for the on-the-ground work in your destination, and your case manager keeps everyone pointed in the same direction so nothing gets missed or duplicated.

We only collect what we need to advise you and run your move, and we share it only with the specific specialists working on your case. We don't sell your data. Because we operate in the EU, you have full GDPR rights over your information, including access and deletion. You can read the detail in our Privacy Policy.

Yes. There's no obligation to continue afterward. It's simply a chance for us to understand your situation, and for you to see whether our approach is the right fit.
